GREAT PAY Program
The GREAT PAY program provides Producers with a complimentary electronic payment option. Once signed up for the program, Producers would execute monthly payments and authorize Great American to initiate electronic transfers from their accounts. The advantages of GREAT PAY are convenience, security, savings, accuracy and its warehousing feature.
GREAT PAY is currently available for Producers writing Specialty insurance except for the following divisions: Crop, Great American Custom, Lease and Loan Services, Trade Credit and Political Risk, Executive and Professional Liability.
To sign-up for the GREAT PAY program, complete the Authorization Form.
MyBilling
MyBilling provides a Producer with easy access to their direct and agency bill information, copies of all output, downloadable statements and detail of your Insureds policy level billing information. There are search and filter options available to obtain current customer information.
Available for Producers writing Specialty Insurance except for the following divisions: Crop, Great American Custom, Lease and Loan Services, Trade Credit and Political Risk, Executive and Professional Liability.

Agent Downpayment
The Agent Downpayment website is a secure and convenient way for Producers to process downpayments (electronic checks or credit cards) for their “Direct Bill” Customers. “Direct Bill” payments, entered through the website, will automatically feed each night to Great American’s billing system. This will prevent downpayments from crossing in the mail with a Producer's “Direct Bill” Customer’s invoice or just getting lost. The website is easy to use and available 24/7. To process a payment, all that is needed is a user name, password and the 7 digit numeric policy number.
