“As an IT intern, I was treated as a team member with similar responsibilities and expectations. I had projects and tasks that needed to be completed just like any other employee, and everyone was willing to take the time and provide guidance when I asked. This allowed me to have the freedom to learn on my own and to make use of the experience of others. As a full time employee now, very little has changed. I'm still given every opportunity to excel and the same support structure is available to me. In the future, as I continue to grow in my skills, I'll be able to provide the same support to other interns and employees.”
