Marketform Managing Agency Limited
MMA operates through Syndicate 2468 at Lloyd’s. It was established in 1998. It writes twelve classes of business and does so via Lloyd’s brokers. In many of its classes it specialises in delegated authorities. Its key geographic markets are Canada, Australia, South Africa and Europe.
Marketform Limited
ML was established in 1989. In 1994 it was granted full Lloyd’s binding authority status. In 2011 it was converted into a Service Company that writes on behalf of Syndicate 2468 and other Lloyd’s syndicates. It writes a UK portfolio of predominately medical malpractice business via both Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s brokers.
