Leo Donatucci, Claims Attorney, Claims—Exton Office

Great American Environmental Division welcomes Leo Donatucci to its Claims department as a Claims Attorney. In his role, Leo will specializes in analyzing environmental claims in order to provide remediate assistance on underlying coverage issues and help reduce liability.
Leo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, and a Real Estate degree from Temple University. He also received a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. Leo brings over a decade of claims handling experience to the team and is based out of our Exton office.

While in school, Leo worked as a law clerk in the insurance coverage and commercial litigation department at a Philadelphia-based law firm. There, Leo learned about the variety of exposures clients face and grew to enjoy working in the industry.
Continuing his career in the insurance sector, Leo took on a Litigation Claim Adjuster role for a premier claim administration and risk management company. As an adjuster, he was responsible for managing claims for a third-party administrator specializing in Professional Liability, Public Entity Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and related insurance lines. Leo was also responsible for oversight of all aspects of investigation, evaluation, and litigation of claims.
Most recently, Leo served as a Senior Director Claims Handler for a leading global insurance provider, where he focused on managing claims for clients specializing in environmental, asbestos-related, and long-term exposure bodily injury and property damage legacy claims.
With an extensive background in managing a variety of environmental claim initiatives, Leo is an admirable addition to Great American.
