BillingCenter Update

At the start of February, there were a few updates to BillingCenter. With this new version, we upgraded the Direct Bill invoice and the Commission Statement.

Direct Bill Invoice: The direct bill invoice has been improved to enhance the readability and eliminate some ambiguity. The slight changes simplified the presentation of the account activity. Click here for a sample of the new direct bill invoice with field explanations. The attachment replaced the Direct Bill Invoice policy stuffer starting February 4.

Direct Bill Commission Statement: Effective March 1, we will be launching a new Direct Bill Monthly Commission Statement to provide Agents with a simpler, more user friendly view. Click here for the flier that will be mailed with the February month end commission statements. This flier will also be posted in MyBilling in mid-February.
