Grace Thomas

Grace Thomas, Divisional Senior Vice President of Property & Inland Marine, announced that she plans to retire in January, after 15 years of service with the Company.

Grace began her career at Great American in 2006 managing Property & Inland Marine’s Northeast Region.

In addition to strong operating results, Grace has always been dedicated to developing and mentoring talent across the Division.

In retirement, Grace looks forward to shifting her focus to work with those God puts in her path. She plans to serve families struggling with grief, pain, and loss; hoping to ease other’s burdens.

We are honored to have had the pleasure of working closely with Grace. Please join us in thanking Grace for her leadership and service to Great American and wishing her the best in retirement.

Keith Fountain

Keith Fountain has retired from Property & Inland Marine. Keith’s last day with us was December 11, 2020. Keith began his Great American career in October of 2007 managing the Syracuse office. After many years managing the Syracuse office, Keith stepped down as manager in January of 2017. We were fortunate to have Keith remain on our team as key underwriter handling many of our most important relationships, including our largest retail agent. We are glad to have known and had the chance to work with Keith over the years. Please join us in wishing Keith all the best of in his retirement!
