Dear Valued Colleagues,

As we approach a full 12 months since our daily lives have changed more than any of us could imagine, I certainly find myself reflecting upon the impact of the pandemic on both our personal and professional lives. My thoughts are with all of you that have been personally touched by the virus. Fortunately, we can all be comforted by the acts of human kindness that each of us have seen and experienced over the past year.

On a professional basis, my gratitude goes out to both our Great American staff and all of you for your commitment to our mutual clients. I am proud to say that we feel that we did not miss a beat in terms of the necessary servicing of the accounts on the policy side, but most importantly, we were there for the insureds when they needed us on the claims side. The commitment to outstanding service was never more apparent than during these challenging times.

In collaboration with our Equine Mortality Division, we will continue to develop insurance products and opportunities for you to provide the most comprehensive risk management tools to your clients. We are proud to be the premier insurance provider for the Equine industry and look forward to working with you as the industry changes and adapts in the future.
