At Great American Environmental, we fully understand that the current pandemic may cause unsettling concerns from both a health and business perspective. Our team continues to adjust to the rapidly evolving situation and our commitment to clients' insurance needs remains stronger than ever.

This past spring, our division transitioned to working remotely to adhere to safety regulations and protect the well-being of our staff. Although this has caused new hurdles, our claims team has not wavered in its dedication or level of service. In recognition of the rapid capabilities from our online systems, we have swiftly adjusted to the ‘new normal’ work environment, performing consistently and unwaveringly while being remote. Our team continues to provide clients with the highest levels of service, and we remain proud to have one of the most experienced in-house claims team in the industry, providing best-in-class assistance.

We are proud to provide the technical expertise needed for every claim situation with the personal attention, professionalism and responsiveness every client deserves.

Accidents can happen where potentially costly claims and lawsuits may follow. When this occurs, our claims team understands what this can mean to an insured and the threat an environmental incident can pose to profitability when a client is faced with a claim or lawsuit, especially during these unprecedented times. That said, we stand ready to help – with quality service and experienced legal representation at appropriate rates from our approved panel counsel list.

The professionals at Great American Environmental are prepared to provide the resources and tools needed to mitigate a financial loss. Working alongside an insured’s risk professionals, our claims team provides expert guidance with the aim of delivering our clients the very best outcome. The articles in this edition of the Environmental Insider highlight our service guidance and preparation as a company during unprecedented situations.

From natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, windstorms and landslides to unexpected mandatory shut downs, our team stands prepared to deliver dependable support, providing your clients with a sense of ease in the midst of stressful and financially uncertain times.

Our new educational Broker/Agent Toolkit, an exclusive resource for Great American brokers, and enhanced product offerings signify our commitment to providing helpful resources and guidance for you and your clients to succeed.

We hope you find this information useful, and we look forward to continuing to meet your environmental insurance needs.
