Great American Environmental Welcomes Shelley Lehnig

Shelly LehnigGreat American Environmental welcomes Shelley Lehnig to its Marketing Department as a Marketing Business Developer. Shelley will support the development of our underwriters’ broker relationships and related marketing efforts to ensure our culture and brand are demonstrated accurately and consistently through both internal and external channels.

In her role, she will focus on creating targeted marketing plans for our underwriting teams, customer relationship management and contributing to business development plans. Shelley will also assist in coordinating events and conferences, data management and divisional reporting needs.

”The marketing team is excited to welcome Shelley to further support our marketing and business development efforts. She brings great experience and a strong work ethic to our team and I am confident she will make significant contributions to the division,” said Kelsey Hill, Marketing Manager.

Shelley is a graduate of Bowling Green State University, where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in marketing. During her studies, Shelley worked as an intern for a recruiting and retention firm, providing staffing support. She was also an active member of an international fraternity, holding multiple positions on their executive board throughout her membership. Shelley was most recently an account manager with one of the world’s largest third-party logistics companies. As an account manager, she was responsible for cross collaborating with the sales and order management teams as well as analyzing customers’ supply chains, communications, relationship management and data reporting initiatives.

“I am looking forward to working with the team and helping to contribute to the success of the Environmental Division. I already feel so welcomed, and I love the ‘go-getter’ attitude of the division,” Lehnig said.

Shelley’s marketing efforts, along with the team of experts at Great American Environmental, can uncover the hidden risks in your clients’ operations and develop a custom program to help protect them.
