With the second tool, Portfolio Upload functionality in the Great American Underwriting Desktop (UD), we are able to integrate our system with the systems that agents use to write their business. This gives agents the ability to issue our policies in their system and send us the data to feed into our Underwriting Desktop and downstream systems.
