What’s new in the Agent Portal

Items in the release:
1. Help us keep your information secure!
The new User List allows you to see a list of other people at your agency that have access to the Agent Portal.
Do you see a person on the list who no longer works at your agency?
Select their name and click ‘Notify Great American’ to let us know. We’ll take it from there.
*Click ‘Doing Business With Us’ in the top navigation bar, then click User List.
2. Bug Fixes
- PDF documents sometimes not opening in Adobe Reader.
- Insured Names with a single or double quote (‘ or “) sometimes wouldn’t display billing information.
- Policy status sometimes displayed incorrectly on the Policy Details screen. It was displaying the status of the prior term.
