Q: How did you get into insurance
A: I fell into it. I majored in criminal justice but had a change of heart and went into insurance.
Q: How long have you been in insurance?
A: 31 years
Q: What is your favorite part of being a claims supervisor - casualty?
A: The investigative aspect of claims work and I enjoy helping the people that I work with develop in their careers.
Q: What is your favorite part of being at Great American?
A: I like the corporate organization and the diverse population I work with. The people and company are great to work with.
Q: What is your favorite farm animal?
A: A horse
Q: Do you have any skills and talents that most people don’t know about?
A: I’ve been a barn dad for many years, and I make craft beer! I’ve also done triathlons for a number of years.
Q: What is #1 on your bucket list?
A: Go back to Europe.
Q: What is the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?
A: Tripe soup.
Q: What’s your favorite holiday?
A: Christmas!
Q: What would be your personal motto?
A: You create your own happiness, your own successes and I keep everything in perspective when dealing with other people because you don’t always know what is going on in their lives.
Q: : What is it that you think someone doesn’t know about you?
A: I have a second granddaughter who was born in November.
