Q: How did you get into insurance?
A: I was looking around to switch careers and looked into SIU because of my criminal justice degree and then landed in product development.

Q: How long have you been in insurance?
A: 5 years.

Q: What is your favorite part of being a Product Analyst?
A: There is always something new to learn. Projects, subject matter, it’s always changing. It’s a challenge but a fun challenge.

Q: What is your favorite part of being at Great American?
A: Company culture. I wanted to work at Great American because of its great reputation, and my time here has confirmed that. The work-life balance is really good.

Q: What is your favorite farm animal?
A: Chicken.

Q: Do you have any skills and talents that most people don’t know about?
A: Trivia! Particularly, movie trivia!

Q: What is #1 on your bucket list?
A: Going somewhere to see a proper dark sky. To see the stars out west would be great.

Q: What is the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?
A: Red pickled tomato.

Q: What’s your favorite holiday?
A: Halloween.

Q: What would be your personal motto?
A: A quote from Mash - “It’s too big of a world to be in competition with everyone else. The only person I have to be better than is the person I am today.”

A: I love cold weather!
