How to File a Claim on a Bond
You can file a claim by providing the following information in letter format:
- Bond / Policy No. if you have one
- Principal / Insured Name (name of company or individual you are filing
the claim against) - Project Name if a contract bond and there is one
- Brief description of why you are filing the claim against the Principal / Insured
- Claimant's name, address, and daytime phone number
You can send this information in one of three ways:
