Hello, Valued Agents.

On January 2, 2023, we came back to work in a completely renovated space. In the 29 years that I have been with Great American, we have moved three times, and each location has felt like a nice but very vanilla workplace. We were very happy to be chosen as the pilot for Great American’s workplace of the future. Over the past several months, we have been hard at work with our Real Estate Design team to renovate our surroundings to create a colorful space that not only gives us the most up-to-date technology available but also reflects our core values of family and community, specialization, customer focus, integrity, discipline, respect for others, entrepreneurial spirit, and accountability. 

This fresh, modern and colorful space sets the tone for a year filled with great energy, innovation, and a renewed commitment to excellence. Our office has been designed to streamline operations, foster innovation, and promote collaboration. It also contains an amazing kitchen, where we can get together, but more importantly, we really need to put on cooking demonstrations and/or wine tastings too!

We are also excited to be rolling out a new and improved agency portal in 2024. It was designed with you in mind to give you a user-friendly digital experience. We welcome your ideas and feedback. 

Having said all of this, we know that none of this would have been possible without your support. Thank you for your support, your trust, and your loyalty. You have made our successes and achievements possible, and you inspire us to do more.
