Senior Director and Head of Technical & Specialty Lines Underwriting Division
Mr. Nattakorn Wattanaumphaipong is appointed the Senior Director and Head of Technical & Specialty Lines Underwriting Division at Great American Insurance Company, Singapore Branch. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of technical and complex underwriting, leading portfolio management initiatives, and guiding professional development of the underwriting teams. Working closely with the CEO and Deputy CEO, he plays a pivotal role in driving the business expansion of the Singapore Branch.
With over 20 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, Mr. Nattakorn has held prominent leadership roles in management, reinsurance underwriting, and business development throughout the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Great American Insurance Company, he served as Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer, Director, and Head of P&C Underwriting at several major international insurance firms.
Mr. Nattakorn holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is also certified in General Insurance and is an Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors.
