Meet Our Production Underwriter Trainees!

Ocean Marine is excited to introduce four talented individuals in our Production Underwriter Trainee Program. This year-long program provides comprehensive training in Ocean Marine Insurance, including AIMU Seminars and the AMIM Ocean Marine exam.

In the Southeast office, Reshae Dames is a 2019 University of Georgia graduate with a BA in Risk Management & Insurance. Reshae previously worked as a property claims adjuster. Also in the Southeast, Cole Corpora is a 2024 University of Cincinnati graduate with a BA in Finance and a minor in Risk Management. Cole interned with Great American’s Property and Inland Marine Division for two years.

In the Central office, Luke Kamykowski graduated with a BA in Risk Management & Insurance in 2024 from Illinois State. Our Canadian team welcomed Raluca Ilina, who worked as an account coordinator and broker for 2½ years in a Marine, Logistics and Transportation Department. Raluca holds a master’s degree in social justice and criminology from Ryerson University and a BA in Criminology and Political Science from the University of Toronto.

All Underwriter Trainees are actively contributing to their offices while continuing to learn and grow in Ocean Marine insurance. Don’t be surprised if you hear from one of them for a renewal update or in another capacity as they assist the underwriters.
