Great American Insurance Group Announces the Promotion of Vanessa Teo to Deputy CEO of its Singapore Branch
CINCINNATI – January 29, 2025 – Great American Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Ms. Vanessa Teo to Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Branch of its flagship insurer, Great American Insurance Company.
Ms. Teo was a key member of the original team that established Great American’s Singapore Branch in 2014. She was instrumental in leading the startup and creating the branch infrastructure, which included finance, business and operations functions. Since that time, she built operational frameworks for finance, risk management and compliance, human resources, IT, business analytics, corporate services and more. In her expanded role, Ms. Teo will continue to oversee Finance & Operations of the Singapore Branch, while also taking on broader strategic responsibilities.
Ms. Teo holds a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and is a Fellow, Chartered Accountant of Singapore; Fellow, Chartered Accountant of the UK; and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.
