Securely and Conveniently Submit Your Audit Online
We want to make the audit process as simple as possible. To quickly and securely submit your audit material, please follow the steps below. Please refer to our frequently asked questions page for answers as to why an audit is necessary and the material you will need to complete your audit.
- Complete and Gather Documentation
Complete the self-audit form and gather the documentation outlined in the letter you received. Scan the documents and save them to your computer for upload (file size can't exceed 25MB).
- Prepare to Upload Documentation
Select the “Upload Audit Paperwork” button. This will take you to a website sign-up page for DocuSign document upload.
- See DocuSign email information
After you signup for the DocuSign website, you will receive an email from DSEna2 Docusign (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please retain this email until you finish uploading your paperwork.
- Upload your audit paperwork
Follow the directions on the website. Note that your session will timeout after 20 minutes.
