Great American Environmental’s Response & React (R&R) Program
Great American Environmental’s Response & React Program is specifically designed to help policyholders quickly and efficiently navigate the response plan from the moment a spill occurs to the final site approval.

Great American Environmental’s Response & React (R&R) program delivers organized, experienced support when an environmental incident calls for immediate action. Designed to move quickly from notification through resolution, the program helps policyholders manage the operational, regulatory and logistical demands that follow a spill or release.
With a clear response framework and experienced professionals involved early, insureds can focus on their business while response activities move forward efficiently.
How does it work?
The Response & React program offers spill response management in all 50 states and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
It only takes one phone call to initiate the R&R process:
- Call the R&R Hotline: (800) 340-3399
- Describe the situation to the on-call incident manager
- Feel relief knowing that the contractor best suited to manage the situation will be dispatched
Having a response program in place allows insureds to prepare to act, not react, which aims to provide reassurance during a critical situation.
