The Ocean Marine Claims Team consists of a dedicated group of claim professionals. The team is led by three managers, Lauren Alles - Property, Hull and Watercraft, Molly Dearth - Marine Liabilities, and Jim Zrebiec Ocean Cargo/Subro. The claim professionals that work with each manager have specialized knowledge in handling various product lines. Our Team handles claims on a wide range of coverages. Everything from traditional Hull and Cargo, Luxury Yacht & Watercraft to Building and Personal Property Coverage to Contractors Equipment and Marine Pollution products, to name a few.

In addition to their strong product knowledge, our team members are committed to providing quality customer service. We enjoy working with our brokers and underwriters to provide a superior experience for our customers. When a claim is filed our interaction with the insureds and claimants comes at a difficult time for them. We look forward to helping them through the claims process delivering the coverage provided under the policy, which hopefully helps our insureds get their lives back on track and leaves them with them with a positive claims experience. We are proud of the work our property claims unit did helping our insureds after hurricane Ian struck. Lauren, Jami and Scott met with several of our insureds and assisted them with their claims.
