Ocean Marine Discontinues Use of Great American Insurance Company of New York

You may have received a letter from us advising of “state appointments and/or terminations with Great American Insurance Group” recently. Please rest assured that the termination only applies to Great American Insurance Company of New York.

The Ocean Marine Division had previously discontinued using Great American Insurance Company of New York years ago. With no need to maintain agency appointment for that specific writing company, we are in the process of unwinding the appointments in that writing company.

You still have access to the writing companies we have you appointed with.
