This powerful tool allows you to:

• 📄 Track pending items — such as documents or reports still needed by the adjuster.
• 🔄 Monitor claim progress — from first notice of loss to final resolution.

Clients often reach out to their agents first when they have questions about a claim. With the portal, you can provide fast, accurate updates—without waiting on adjuster callbacks.

Just click on the Summary tab of the Claim Details:

Then scroll down to:
