We hand-pick only the best shops and work direct with them to negotiate discounts and payment. Many shops are full service dealers with access to a large inventory of parts, along with certified body, frame, alignment and paint technicians with extensive experience. You'll be in good hands.
How Does Rig Ready Work?

- Start repairs
- Get moving
Qualified personnel will inspect your truck and prepare an estimate for repairs. We'll approve the repair estimate, usually within just a few hours! Then, with your authorization, the shop can get started.
Some shops even waive costly storage fees if your rig is a total loss, help with truck rentals or even assist with arrangements for overnight accommodations. Just check with the shop handling your repairs for the services available.
When your rig is ready, you can roll! Shops will release your rig as soon as repairs are complete - even if they haven't received payment from us yet. All you pay is your deductible and applicable charges. Great American takes care of the rest.

Great American Insurance offers two easy and convenient billing options - Agency Bill and Direct Bill. Both offer attractive payment options and electronic bill payment services.
With Agency Bill, billing statements are mailed to the agent each month. Electronic payments are available through Great American's MyBill program.
With Direct Bill, billing statements are sent directly to the policyholder or other designated payer, while the agent receives a copy of the bill. Automatic recurring payment; one-time payment options are available by electronic check and credit card.
