Judith has a deep passion for working with agents and providing them with the tools and support they need to grow their businesses. Outside of work, Judith enjoys traveling across the United States and exploring other parts of the world, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.

Mike Flenner serves as Assistant Vice President of Business Development for Great American Insurance Group’s Trucking division. Mike has over 30 years of insurance and risk management experience, and professional designations including CRM, CIC, ARM and AIC. As a Penn State graduate based in Pittsburgh, Mike is passionate about problem-solving and supporting independent agents nationwide. He enjoys outdoor concerts and outdoor activities like camping, kayaking, golfing, biking and fishing. Mike lives in Pittsburgh with his wife, Florence, and their adult sons, Nate and Noah, who live nearby. The family enjoys rallying behind their favorite local sports teams.

Joe Licursi is a Business Developer Specialist for Great American Insurance Group’s Trucking division, with a decade of transportation insurance experience following his graduation from Ohio University with a Finance degree. Most of his career has been spent as a production underwriter, focusing on alternative risk transfer programs for large, complex fleets. Joe recognizes the vital role the trucking industry plays in everyday life. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Chris Pavone is a Senior Business Developer Specialist with over 30 years of experience in transportation insurance, having begun his career as a claims adjuster in Cleveland before moving into production roles and leadership positions on both the retail and wholesale sides of the industry. Chris is a strong advocate for Great American and National Interstate products, and is known for delivering tailored solutions to transportation clients. Chris, a graduate of the University of Arizona, is recognized for his strategic leadership and client-focused approach. Chris lives with his wife, Dawn, and has four grown children.
