As we begin a new year, I want to extend my sincere wishes to you and your families for health, happiness, and success in 2026. 

On behalf of the Trucking Division, thank you for your dedication and collaboration throughout 2025. Together, we navigated a year of opportunities and challenges, and your commitment was the cornerstone of our achievements. While the results for 2025 are still being finalized, early indicators show continued strong performance on both the top and bottom lines. This success reflects your professionalism, resilience, and the trust you’ve built with your clients. Over the past year, we implemented key initiatives including Great Roadmap, Predictive Analytics, and Rig Ready^® enhancements that helped us adapt to market changes and deliver greater value to customers.

We recognize the headwinds ahead. Tariffs, inflation, cautious consumer spending, and regulatory uncertainty persist for independent contractors and gig workers. Yet, there are reasons for optimism. Freight volumes are projected to recover, and the economy entered Q4 with momentum following a robust Q3. These trends position us well to achieve our growth targets.
