Expanded Coverage for Contracting Services
Great American Environmental has updated its Contracting Services Environmental Liability Insurance Policy (CSE)! This policy covers bodily injury, property damage, legal expenses and clean-up costs resulting from pollution conditions associated with Contracting Services. It also provides coverage for liability associated with Non-Owned Disposal Sites, Transportation of the insured's products or wastes and Owned Locations.
Our new CSE policy provides a broader and more comprehensive coverage package to meet the pollution liability needs of your clients.
Key Changes to Our CSE Policy Include:
- 100% additional defense limits up to $5 million.
- Includes a first-party discovery trigger for cleanup costs.
- No Emergency Response Sub-Limits.
- Broadened coverage applies to transportation performed by and on behalf of the insured. Coverage is not limited to transportation to and from a job site.
- Occurrence coverage to address waste disposal.
- On- and off-site sudden and accidental coverage for a pollution condition at a covered location.
To help you navigate the recent changes, we've refreshed our CSE webpage and fact sheet, and put together a quick-reference form comparison handout.
