With everything at your fingertips, our Agent Portal offers a streamlined process when submitting, viewing and managing a claim.

Search for Policy
Search for a policy using the global search.
Submit a Claim
You can begin the process in one of two ways on the Agent Portal.
- Click on the Policy on the Policy menu. Select ‘Submit a Claim’ from the dropdown menu.
- On the Policy Details page, select ‘Submit a Claim’.





Confirm & Submit Claim Details
- Complete the two pop-up screens by entering the Submitter Details and Claims Details. Confirm your entry and submit.
- An email is generated to the Property & Inland Marine Claims Division.
- The email box is monitored, and you can expect a response within approximately 2-3 hours.*
*However, claims that come in after 3PM Monday-Thursday and 2PM Friday are set up the following morning. After the claim is created, you can view real-time claim status updates directly from the Agent Portal Claim Details screen.
