Contracting Services Environmental Liability Insurance Policy — Offering unique solutions for specialized contractors
Great American Environmental offers a Contracting Services Environmental Liability Insurance Policy, also known as our CSE product. This policy is uniquely designed to provide pollution coverage for contracting services performing site work and also offers protection against the incidental exposures associated with an insured’s site operations.
As an important sector to infrastructure development, contracting services contribute greatly to the success of our society’s economic growth. This being said, contractors may encounter several financial-threatening claim situations in their line of work. Our CSE policy helps to mitigate those exposures by providing coverage for gradual as well as sudden and accidental events that may arise while performing contracting services.
Coverage is typically provided on an occurrence basis and is offered for both new and historical conditions specific to the contracting services identified within the policy. The CSE policy provides coverages ranging from bodily injury and legal expenses, to property damage and clean-up costs resulting from pollution conditions. With our ability to quickly manuscript policy language, we can meet specific demands that the client and contractor may require of insurance to satisfy contract and coverage requirements.

Erin is a Production Underwriting Specialist with Great American’s Environmental Division. In her role, she is responsible for evaluating risk to determine coverage for multiple environmental liability insurance policies. She earned her Master of Business Administration with a focus on environmental compliance and sustainability from Southern New Hampshire University and her Bachelor of Science in environmental science with a dual-minor in sustainability studies and public health from Muhlenberg College. Erin brings a modern knowledge of the environmental sector to the team and is based out of the Exton, Pennsylvania office.
