You’ve worked hard to develop, market and grow a niche program that differentiates your agency. You need a carrier that brings the same specialty mindset that you bring to your program. This is why Great American Alternative Markets has a Specialty Programs operation, in addition to its Agency Captive and Group Captive businesses.

Specialty Programs has a General Liability focus with a multiline approach. We prefer classes within the retail, wholesale, manufacturing and service sectors. In other words, we are not looking for “wheels” programs or tough property programs, such as CAT or habitational. Although we will consider many artisan/specialty contracting classes, we are not looking to write general contractors or the building trades. Within our acceptable industry sectors, we are typically interested in writing all lines – General Liability, Property (CPP or BOP), Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Inland Marine, Cyber Risk and Umbrella.

Specialty Programs offer you:

You’ve worked with your clients' unique exposures and have developed significant subject matter expertise. Because we’ve been in the program market for more than 15 years, we bring stability and commitment to your program’s long-term success.
